About Paradysz Research

Paradysz Research is dedicated to understanding the past, present and future of multichannel audience development.  Our work includes competitive studies, performance trending, sector assessment for single or multiple channels, and the tracking of promotion and media activity for independent client research.

Over the past twenty years, Paradysz Research has launched a number of innovative benchmarking products and reports, including Market Trends, Performance Watch, Rewind and Seasonality.  One of Paradysz Research’s key products is Market Relevance, a research and tracking platform available to Paradysz clients, that provides perspective on competitive, marketplace and industry trends.

Paradysz Research supports clients and staff leaders across all Paradysz companies, including PM Digital through our PM Digital Research group.

There are three primary teams within the Paradysz Research area:  the Market Relevance division which focuses on proprietary offline data and reporting; PM Digital Research which leverages both original and third-party data for online reporting; and the Marketing Information division which analyzes performance data across all channels.  These three areas work together to analyze multichannel direct response strategies.

While much of our work is proprietary, Paradysz Research is also dedicated to sharing findings and perspective whenever possible with the industry at large.  This output ranges from the release of key findings from our ongoing studies, to highlights of significant promotions or media gleaned from our MarketRelevance tracking efforts.

Paradysz Research is headquartered in New York City, with additional offices in Minneapolis, San Francisco and Northampton, Massachusetts.
